Our firm was founded by Domenic Giudice.  Domenic is a recognized leader in the real estate technology space, in fact he lead the first ever implementation of J.D. Edwards Property Management.  We are proud to be an early adopter in the Procore Certified Consultant Program and has experience with and strong relationships with Yardi and MRI.   He has extensive experience in all sectors of real estate: Retail, Office, Industrial, Multifamily, HomeBuilding and Manufactured Housing.  Our clients include leading Developer/Owners, General Contractors/Specialty Contractors, Asset Managers, and Property/Facilities Managers.  We have a team of internal consultants and external contractors that are versed on the latest technology and real estate-industry solutions of today and tomorrow.  We bring the right team to solve the right problem.
